During that time they have provided two tangible outcomes:

BeyondBeormund offers senior leadership school support. We can create a bespoke package of support for you and your school team incorporating lessons observations and personalised support for staff, groups or team supervision sessions around behaviours that challenge, CPD sessions, policy writing et al. This can lead to outcomes such as whole school behaviour management strategies, shared language and behaviour scripts, relational and aspirational behaviour policies.

Outcomes of our outreach support include:

  • An agreed graduated response to behaviours in school
  • Adverse Childhood Experiences
  • Distraction and diversion techniques
  • A training session that explores what lies beneath the behaviours and helps to equip your staff team with a toolkit of distraction and diversion techniques.
